At Text Stack, developed by Sukh, we respect your privacy and provide you with complete autonomy and control over your personal data. In compliance with Google Play Store policies and international data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA), this page outlines the procedures for requesting the permanent deletion of your Text Stack account and all associated cloud data.

Important Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your test history, scores, bookmarks, mistake records, leaderboard rankings, and profile details cannot be recovered.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account using either of the two methods described below:

Method A: Instant Self-Service Deletion Inside the App (Recommended)

If you currently have the Text Stack app installed on your Android device, you can delete your account and clear all cloud data immediately in real time:

Open the Text Stack application on your Android device.
Sign in to your account (if not already authenticated).
Tap on the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Profile screen to the danger zone.
Tap the button labeled "Delete Account & Clear Cloud Data".
A confirmation dialog will appear explaining that this action is irreversible.
Tap "Permanently Delete" to finalize.

Result: Your account is immediately deleted from Firebase Authentication, your user document and all sub-collections (test history, bookmarks, mistakes, statistics) are purged from Firestore, and your avatar image is removed from Firebase Storage.

Method B: Web Request or Email Request (If App is Uninstalled)

If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your mobile device, you can submit an account deletion request using the form below, or by sending an email directly to our developer team:

Data Retention Timeline & Backup Policy

Immediate Deletion: In-app self-service deletions are executed immediately against live production databases (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage).
Manual / Email Requests: Processed and verified within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
Backup Purging: Routine disaster recovery server snapshots maintained by Google Cloud Platform automatically cycle and purge deleted records permanently within 30 days.
